Lizzy Bliss is South Africa’s first truly boutique adult wellness store, opening soon in Waterkloof Heights Pretoria. We’re building a welcoming, beautifully designed space where adults can explore intimacy and wellness in a discreet, empowering environment—free of shame, stigma, or outdated ideas. Our mission goes beyond selling products. We’re here to redefine adult retail through education, elegance, and inclusivity—creating a safe space for confidence, curiosity, and body-safe discovery.

We're looking for a full-time Boutique Wellness Consultant to manage the store day-to-day with warmth, professionalism, and purpose. This is not a traditional retail role—it's a chance to help reshape the narrative around intimacy and create a truly positive client experience in South Africa.

Your Role Includes:

• Guiding clients in a discreet, judgment-free showroom
• Offering thoughtful recommendations with kindness and care

• Managing in-store sales and online order fulfilment

• Maintaining store presentation and boutique standards

• Supporting content or social media (if interested)

• Creating an experience that’s respectful, welcoming, and empowering
  
  

Your qualifications for this engaging role should include:

• Previous experience in customer service in a client-facing role and enjoy working with people. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A keen ability to learn quickly, using your product knowledge to offer informed recommendations to clients.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach, exhibiting confidence, initiative, and pride in your work.
• Comfort and openness in discussing sexuality, ensuring a respectful and professional environment that makes our clients feel at ease.
• An articulate and professional communication style, emphasising the importance of a safe and welcoming space for clients to explore their needs and preferences.
