At Lizzy Bliss, we understand the importance of discretion. That’s why all transactions will appear as “LB Enterprises Pty Ltd” on your bank or card statements. The words "Lizzy Bliss" will never appear on any packaging, waybills, or financial documents.
We keep your privacy top of mind:
- No reference to the nature of your shopping is included anywhere.
- No invoices in your package—these are emailed to you separately.
It’s like it never happened—unless, of course, you decide to share! Whether it’s a little show and tell or just letting someone in on your secret, the choice is yours.

When will I receive my order?
When will I receive my order?
Your order will be delivered quickly throughout South Africa. We offer free shipping for orders over R750, and all packages are sent with 100% discretion.
- Delivery Timeframe for Main Centres: If you order on a business day before 14h00, we dispatch your package the same day, ensuring overnight delivery. This means you will receive your order the next business day.
- Delivery Timeframe for Outlying and Regional Areas: If you live in Bushmans Kloof Wilderness Reserve, for example, your delivery can take 2-3 business days. But the good news is never longer than 3 days even to remote areas.
Here’s our detailed dispatch schedule:
- Monday to Friday: Orders placed between 09h00 and 14h00 are processed and dispatched on the same day. For orders placed after 14h00, they will be processed and dispatched the next business day. This means if you order on Monday at 13h00, you'll receive your package on Tuesday. However, if you're in a remote location expect your delivery within two to three working days.
- Weekends and Public Holidays: Orders placed after 15h00 on Fridays, or over the weekend, are processed on the next business day. For example, an order placed on Saturday will be dispatched on Monday, and you can expect to receive it by Tuesday if you're in a main centre.
Please note that our courier service does not operate on weekends or public holidays, which can affect delivery times.

Lizzy Bliss offers a variety of convenient payment options:
- Credit and Cheque Cards: We accept Visa and Mastercard, which are widely used and trusted for online transactions globally and in South Africa.
- Debit Cards: Even if your debit card doesn't have a CVV number, you can still use it for online purchases through PayFast at Lizzy Bliss, making it easy for South African customers to shop with us.
- Instant EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer): This is a popular method for online payments in South Africa, allowing you to transfer funds directly from your bank account to pay for your purchase.

How do I place an order?
How do I place an order?
Placing an order with us is easy:
- Select Your Product(s): Find what you like and click "Buy Now" to purchase immediately, or "Add to Cart" if you want to continue shopping and add multiple items. Remember to choose your preferred size or color if needed.
- Checkout: Once you've selected all your items, click the shopping cart icon at the top right of the page and then choose "Proceed to checkout." Follow the prompts to complete your purchase. You'll get a confirmation email immediately after completing your purchase with an order number and summary of your order.
Can I cancel an order?

Yes, it is possible depending on where we are in the process of the order. However, this is handled on a deal to deal basis. If you would like to cancel an order please email us at hello@lizzybliss.co.za and we can assess it from there.
Can I change my delivery address?
Can I change my delivery address?
You can change your delivery address as long as your order hasn’t left our warehouse yet. If you would like to do so, please send us an email with your order number, old delivery address and new delivery address.
